Apparel Returns

You may return apparel items within 14 days of receiving your order if:

• The item has a defect

• The item is damaged or incorrect

Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Apparel items must be returned to us for inspection

Return shipping:

We cover return shipping costs for all apparel returns

Once we receive and inspect the item, you may choose a replacement or a full refund

 

Phone Cases

If there is an issue with your phone case, you are eligible for a replacement or refund if:

• The phone case has a manufacturing defect

• The model received does not match the model ordered

• The design does not match the design ordered

 

Please note:

• Our phone cases and clothing are made to order, therefore we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if the incorrect model was selected during ordering.
• If you notice an incorrect model immediately after placing your order, please contact us and we will adjust your order before production begins.
